The Story
In 2014, HTTPS had no impact on Google rankings. By 2018, you couldn't rank without it. We saw the same pattern emerging with AI readiness — most websites are invisible to AI systems, and the gap is widening every month.
AgentReady was born from a simple observation: the tools that helped websites get found by Google don't help them get found by AI. Schema markup, llms.txt, AI crawler access, and content structure all matter for AI visibility — but nobody was measuring them comprehensively.
So we built the first platform that scans your website across 8 AI readiness factors, scores it 0–100, and generates the exact fixes you need. Then we ran a correlation study on 984 websites across 12 industries to validate that our score actually means something.
The Research
We believe in transparency. Our published research shows that AI readiness scores correlate strongly with AI citation rates in regulated industries like healthcare (ρ=0.72) and government (ρ=0.40). The overall correlation is weaker — brand recognition still dominates. But as AI platforms shift from training data to real-time crawling, technical readiness will matter more, not less.
