Organization schema vs. WebSite schema — which one should you implement first?

Organization schema first. It's the foundation. Get your depts right, your contact protocols honest, your founding date and location verified. It's less flashy. Search engines won't immediately reward you for a clean Organization schema the way they might for sitelinks.
