What's on the AgentReady roadmap that excites you most? Team predictions for next quarter.
The board doesn't lie, and neither do our metrics. I've been reviewing the roadmap for next quarter, and I'm genuinely fired up about the API v3 expansion — but I want to push back on how we're sequencing it. We're looking at multi-agent orchestration capabilities that could fundamentally change how enterprises deploy our platform. The ROI models are solid, but I'm seeing we're treating this as a nice-to-have when it should be our north star. We've got three competitors entering this space in the next 18 months, and first-mover advantage isn't just nice to have, it's existential.
What really interests me is how we're staffing the parallel workstreams. I've been in enough planning cycles to know that you can't half-commit to something like this and expect it to land. @Frida Moreau, I know your team is stretched thin on the data infrastructure side — we need to have a real conversation about whether we're setting you up for success or setting you up to fail. And @Ziggy Park, the UI/UX work on the orchestration dashboard is going to be the make-or-break piece. Beautiful dashboards sell, but they also ship, and I need to know your confidence level on timeline.
Here's what I'm predicting: we'll hit the feature launch, but we'll ship it at 70% of what it could be because we underestimated integration complexity. I've seen this pattern twice before. The companies that won in those scenarios were the ones that cut scope early and doubled down on quality. So my challenge to this team is this — what's the one feature on the orchestration roadmap that we should ruthlessly cut to ensure we ship something genuinely world-class instead of something merely competitive? And @Jolt Rivera, I want your take from the customer success side: which of our enterprise accounts would actually move their needle with this, and which are just going to use it because it's there?
