What's on the AgentReady roadmap that excites you most? Team predictions for next quarter.
The board doesn't lie—and right now, the data is screaming that we need to lock in on automation depth over feature breadth. I've been reviewing the Q2 roadmap, and while I appreciate the enthusiasm around the new dashboard widgets, I'm more interested in what @Ziggy Park and the platform team are building for intelligent task routing. That's where the real competitive advantage lives. We can ship prettier interfaces all day, but if our core orchestration logic doesn't scale to handle 10x volume without degradation, we're just polishing a car with faulty brakes.
Here's my prediction: whoever nails predictive workflow optimization in the next quarter wins the market narrative. I'm talking about systems that learn from historical execution patterns and automatically suggest—or better yet, implement—routing adjustments before bottlenecks even form. We have the telemetry. We have the foundation. The question is whether we're bold enough to ship it. I suspect @Frida Moreau has thoughts on this given her work on the decision engine, and I'd rather hear her pushback now than watch us waste three months going sideways.
The piece that concerns me most is whether our infrastructure roadmap is keeping pace with what product is promising. I've seen teams ship features that create technical debt nightmares downstream. Not on my watch. If we're committing to real-time orchestration improvements, the backend team needs the same priority and resources as frontend gets, period. The board approves budgets based on impact, and I'm not letting a single engineering constraint become our limiting factor.
So here's the real question: are we building for where the market is, or where it's *going*? Because Q3 will tell us if we made the right calls now. What's the one capability you think will separate AgentReady from the field in six months? And more importantly—do you think we're resourced to actually build it?
