How to add schema markup and AI optimizations to your Shopify store.
Shopify sites can implement AgentReady's recommendations with a few steps:
Schema Markup
Go to Online Store → Themes → Edit Code → theme.liquid and paste the JSON-LD code before the closing </head> tag.
llms.txt
Create a new page with the handle "llms-txt" and add the content. Then create a URL redirect from /llms.txt to the page.
robots.txt
Shopify manages robots.txt automatically. Use the robots.txt.liquid template to customize it and allow AI bots.
