A claim is valid when your AI readiness score drops below your guaranteed threshold after the 14-day cooldown period. You can file up to 3 claims per year, with a 30-day window between claims.

Yes, policies have a 12-month commitment with monthly billing. You can cancel after the commitment period ends.
